摘  要:将中草药黄芩的有效成分黄芩苷作为天然添加剂添加到防晒霜中,配制出水包油型的膏霜类黄芩苷防晒霜。通过考察乳化条件对乳化效果的影响和原料的添加量对防晒霜乳状液性质的影响,确定出较佳的制备工艺。实验结果表明,当搅拌速度为1000r/min,乳化温度为75℃~85℃时,乳化效果较好;当w(三乙醇胺)=0.2%~2.0%,w(E1802)=2.0%,w(防腐剂)=0.20%时,防晒霜乳状液性质稳定;当w(黄芩苷)=1.5%时,防晒霜的药理性能和颜色较好,可以制备出天然的性能较好的黄芩苷防晒霜。Baicalin, the effective constituent of Chinese traditional medicine Scutellaria baicalensi Georgi was used as an active additive in sunscreen cosmetics and baicalin sunscreen cream of O/W type was formulated. Effects of preparation conditions on the emulsification result as well as effects of dosage of components in the formulation on the performance of the product were investigated. Based upon investigations, appropriate preparation technology for sunscreen cream containing baicalin was developed. Results showed that,when the stirring speed is kept at 1 000 r/min and the preparation temperature is kept at 75 ℃ - 85 ℃, good emulsion product can be obtained. When dosage of triethanolamine is 0. 2% - 2. 0% (w) ,dosage of emulsifying agent E1802 is 2. 0% (w) and dosage of preservative is 0. 20% (w),a product with stable obtained. When dosage of baicalin is 1.5% (w) ,good sunscreen effect can be achieved.
