摘 要:探讨了以有机溶剂为提取剂,在微波辐射和超声波辅助的条件下提取松木木屑中的木质素,得出了最佳工艺条件:微波辐射功率540 W,时间50 min,超声波20 min,提取剂为甲基异丁基甲酮和95%乙醇(体积比2∶1)的混合液,木屑与提取剂之比为1∶10(g/mL),少量H2SO4作催化剂。结果表明,该方法木质素的提取率为33.7%,高效且时间短,提取剂可重复使用,无废物排放,具有节能减排的意义。It was discussed that the extracting of lignin from pine wood chips under the conditions of microwave radiation and ultrasound-assisted with organic solvents as the extraction agent. It was obtained the optimum conditions from the test: microwave radiation power 540 W and duration 50 min,ultrasonic wave duration 20 min, the organic solvents were the mixture of methyl isobutyl ketone and 95 % ethanol ( volume ratio 2:1 ) ,the ratio of pine sawdust to organic solvent was 1 : 10 (g/mL) ,and a small amount of H2SO4 as catalyst were added. Under this condition, lignin extraction rate reached 33.7%, extraction agent could be reused and non-waste emission was carried out.
