摘　　要：根据高光彩喷纸的生产工艺，构建了高光彩喷纸涂布机的涂布工艺流程和结构配置。着重分析了高光彩喷纸涂布机各分部的性能特点；干燥系统为渐进式干燥方式。干燥器采用拱形布置，提高了纸品质量和成品率；调态整饰装置设置1只高亮镜面缸加单辊压光装置，为该机的一大技术亮点。该机的价格是同类进口机型的1／4～1／3，安装调试后生产的高光彩喷纸各项技术指标均达到国内同类产品的领先水平，可以替代国外进口产品。According to the processing of the high gloss color ink-jet printing paper, the article set up the process flow and configuration of the coater,gave emphasis to analyze each sectional characteristics of the coater. The dryer uses a vaulted structure and the drying system gradually progresses which improve product quality and enhance the finished product yield; the finishing conditioner has fitted with a high gloss mirror facial cylinder and a single roll calendar which is a technical hit of the coater. The technical index of high gloss color ink-jet printing paper produced after the installation and debugging lead the level of similar product at home which can replace the imported one. The price of the coater is 1/4 or 1/3 of the imported machine. That means it has a stronger market competition.
