摘　　要：热压干燥脱水技术是在传统压滤脱水的基础之上引入热干燥于滤板之间。在机械脱水之后被加热物料缝隙间的热蒸气膨胀可实现再次脱水,达到机械脱水不能达到的热干燥效果。此技术如能突破耐热材料的局限性,对于需要物料脱水要求更低含水率的场合如精细化工,煤化工等领域均能明显提高生产效率,有良好的发展前景。Hot press drying-dehydration technic is to add the hot drying-board among the straining-boards based on the classical press-filter. After mechnical dehydration, the heated material can set its second dehydration while the hot steam expands between the slit, thus get the good hot-drying effect which mechanical dehydration can＇ t do. If this technic can break through the limitation of the heat-proof material, the productivity will obviously increase, with prosperous future in the field. Such as the refined chemical industry, which the more less water contained is need.
