摘　　要：基于在梅州西环和天汕十二标两个标段的水泥混凝土路面施工中,发现自动下插传力杆的部分路面出现平整度差及麻面、表面塑性收缩裂缝等质量问题,介绍了美国GOMACO公司的GP-4000型水泥滑模摊铺机的工作原理,并对其IDBI系统进行改造。通过将该机应用于实际施工中,取得了良好的技术、经济效果。During the construction of cement concrete pavement of two contract sections, including west ringroad of Meizhou and twelfth contract section of Tianshan expressway, problems such as bad smoothness, surface voids and shrinkages are found out on part of pavement on which auto-inserted dowel bars are applied. The working principle of GP-4000 slipform paver by GOMACO of America is introduced, and the modification of IDBI system is carried out. The application of GP-4000 achieves good effect in technology and economy.
