摘　　要：文章系统分析制度因素对金融创新的影响,特别是金融组织制度、金融管制制度和金融基础设施与金融创新的关系,在此基础上进一步分析此次金融危机的制度原因,并结合中国金融创新的实际,指出目前中国金融业的当务之急是加强金融业的制度建设,以便更好地促进我国的金融创新。This article firstly reviews the literatures related to financial innovation,finds out that at home and abroad the study on the relationship of system construction and financial innovation is comparatively lack,so I believe that it is necessary to study it.This paper secondly systematically analyses institutional factors on the impact of financial innovation,in particular the system of financial organizations and financial innovation,financial control system and financial innovation and financial infrastructure and financial innovation.And thirdly analyses the institutional causes of the financial crisis.It finally combines the actual financial innovation in China pointing out that it is an urgent need for Chinese financial industry to strengthen the construction of the financial system in order to better promote Chinese financial innovation.
