摘　　要：随着上海合作组织的建立,交通运输合作成为促进中国与哈萨克斯坦贸易投资便利化非常重要的一个领域。在促进中哈贸易投资便利化过程中,在加强基础设施建设应对国际金融危机方面,中哈交通运输合作意义重大。近年中哈交通运输领域的制度安排与功能合作在不断完善和充实,但也存在诸多问题需要解决。After the establishment of SCG,cooperation in transportation became a key area to promote the convenience of trade and investment between China and Kazakhstan.In the process of promoting the convenience of trade and investment between China and Kazakhstan,the cooperation in transportation between China and Kazakhstan is significant in the areas of strengthening infrastructure and coping with the financial crisis.In recent years,the institutional arrangement and functional cooperation in transportation between China and Kazakhstan have been improved and enriched constantly,but many problems need to be resolved.
