摘　　要：伊斯兰教教职人员不仅对信教群众的宗教修养、思想观念、言行品德有着深刻的影响,而且在引导伊斯兰教与社会主义社会相适应、促进伊斯兰教与社会和谐等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,从一定意义上说,他们维系了新疆社会的稳定与发展以及伊斯兰教未来的发展面貌。Islamic clergy not only exert profound influence on believers' religious belief,mentality and conception,words,deeds and moral character,but also play an important role in guiding Islamism to adapting to socialist society and promoting harmony between Islam and society.To a certain extent,Islamic clergy maintain the social stability and development of Xinjiang and determine the future development of Islam in Xinjiang.
