摘　　要：针对电容器负载,研制了永磁操动机构真空断路器的同步开关控制器。作为一种改进供电质量的设备,可以减小在对负载进行分合闸操作时电网设备所承受的过电流或过电压,延长电路中设备的使用寿命和检修周期,有效地改善了电能质量并降低了运行成本。For the capactor load, synchronous switch controller of vacuum circuit breakers of permanent magnetic mechanis ms are developed. As the equipment modified supply electricity quality, it can reduce the over - currentor over - voltage beared by the power network when opening and closing of the load are carried out and can prolong service life and overhaul period in the circuit equipme ut. It can improve electricity energy quality and reduce operation cost.
