摘　　要：文章通过介绍国外汽车产业机电一体化高新技术的发展情况，分析了国内汽车产业机电一体化技术的现状和差距，以探讨合理调整国内汽车产业结构，以其崭新的面貌，去迎接新世纪的挑战。The current status and differences of the domestic automobile industry in the integrity of mechanical and electrical equipment was analyzed in this article by comparing with the hightech development of the same field from abroad, to investigate the way to adjust reasonably the industry structure, to make a show of completely new features, and to meet the challenge of the 21st century.
