煤灰熔融性对气化用煤的影响

摘　　要：以实验室所评价的气化用煤样为依据,采用添加不同助熔剂或添加不同灰融熔性的煤以改变煤灰熔融性,讨论了煤灰融熔性对液态排渣气化用煤的影响。结果表明,添加助熔剂或添加不同灰融熔性的煤可以改变煤灰熔融性,同时应根据实验确定助熔剂的种类及添加量、掺配煤种及掺配比例。The influence of coal ash fusibility to slag-tap gasifier was discussed based on the experiment of flux adding and coal blending with different ash fusibility on the basis of laboratory gasifying coal . The results showed that ash fusibility could be changed by adding flux or blending coal with different ash fusibility. The species and addition of a flux or that of a mixed coal should be determined based on test results.
