摘 要:采用水培的方式,用1/2Hoagland’s营养液培养红叶石楠红罗宾Photinia glabra×P.fraseri‘Red Robin’与金边黄杨Euonymus japonica‘Aureo-marinatus’幼苗稳定后进行处理,设海水体积分数为0(对照),10%,30%,50%,70%和100%等6个处理。随后分别在第3,6,9,12和15d采样进行分析,研究不同体积分数海水处理下2个观赏树种1年生幼苗形态、保护性酶活性及离子吸收分布的影响情况。结果表明:①红叶石楠在海水体积分数高于30%(pH8.92)时与金边黄杨低于50%(pH9.12)时,两者形态均发生变化。②随着海水体积分数的增加,胁迫时间的延长,红叶石楠与金边黄杨叶片内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)呈增加趋势,且前者叶片中丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度呈上升趋势,后者呈现下降趋势。③随着海水体积分数的增加,红叶石楠与金边黄杨叶片内钠离子(Na+)质量浓度均增加,并且前者的涨幅低于后者,此外两者叶片中钾(K+)、钙(Ca2+)、镁(Mg2+)离子质量浓度均出现无规律变化,且值低于对照。经过比较得出,在海水的胁迫下,红叶石楠的耐盐性低于金边黄杨,并且两者均能适应pH8.50以上的环境,均属于碱土植物。To study the effects of seawater concentration on growth, osmotic accumulation of antioxidant enzymes, and ion distribution with Photinia glabra x Photiniafraseri 'Red Robin' and Euonymus japonica 'Aureo-marginatus' seedlings, pot experiments were conducted. A randomized complete block design with six treatments consisting of 0%(a control), 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, and 100% seawater and three repli- cates was used. Plants were harvested 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 d after treatment and analyzed with ANOVA and multiole comparison for mean separation. Results showed that 1 ) when seawater concentration was 30% (pH 8.92) for 'Red Robin' and 50% (pH 9.12) for 'Aureo-marginatus', the configuration changed Also, 2) compared with control plants, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was significantly greater (P〈 0.05) in leaves of seawater-stressed 'Aureo-marginatus', and increased with increasing seawater concentrations. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in leaves of 'Red Robin' seawater concentrations but with 'Aureo-marginatus' MDA increased (P〈0.01) with increasing decreased(P〈0.01). Finally, 3) with increasing seawater concentration, Na^+ concentrations of the two cuhivars increased; K^+, Ca^2+ and Mg^2+. concentra- tions showed no pattern, but all concentrations were lower than the control. Thus, the present study strongly suggested that the salt resistance of 'Red Robin' was lower than 'Aureo-marginatus' ; however, because both were alkali-soil plants, they could adapt to appropriate concentrations of seawater irrigation.
