摘　　要：针对集装箱快速检测的应用问题,阐述了雷达测速仪的测速原理和功能要求。分析了测速仪的硬件结构、组成、特点和设计方法。介绍了测速仪的软件设计方案以及频率采集、数据处理和频率信号输出子程序的设计思想。Aiming at the fast inspection of the container, the measuring principle and functions of the radar velocimeter are described. The hardware structure, composition, characteristics and design method of the velocimeter are analyzed. The design scheme of the software and the design thought of the frequency collection, data processing and frequency signal output are also introduced.
