氟硅唑原药的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用带紫外检测器和ODS-C18色谱柱的高效液相色谱仪,在流动相甲醇:水=80:20(V/V),检测波长260nm,流速0.6mL/min的条件下,对氟硅唑原药进行定量分析。结果表明,氟硅唑的标准偏差为0.32;变异系数为0.33%;平均回收率为99.81%,线性相关系数为0.9999。The quantitative analysis of flusilazole was conducted using RP-HPLC with an ODS column and UV detection at 260nm .The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH and H20 with a ratio of 80：20 （by vol） and flow rate of 0.6mL/min.The results showed that the standard deviation for flusilazole was 0.32, the variation coefficient was 0.33%, the average recovery was 99.80%, the linear correlation was coefficient 0.999 9
