针足三里穴对高血压患者内皮细胞机能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的高血压是心血管疾病的一个危险因素，通常与内皮血管收缩机能障碍和肾血管阻力增加有关。针灸通过激活内皮的氧化一氮可以有利地影响这些参数。氧化一氮的作用包括调节血管紧张性，抑制平滑肌增生和血小板活化。此研究旨在测定针灸用于ST36穴位时对高血压患者的血压变化和内皮依赖血管扩张的影响。方法选定24例高血压患者，并随机分为实验组（12例）和对照组（12例）。测量两组患者的FMD（内皮依赖、血流调节扩张）。对实验组患者在ST36穴位实施针灸；对照组患者实施形式针灸；10分钟後再次测量FMD。两组在针灸治疗前後都分别测量血压。结果针灸或形式针灸治疗後，实验组患者的FMD显着增加（9．5±2．0％to11．1±2．2％），对照组没有变化。两组患者的血压和心率没有变化。结论此研究证明，在ST36穴位实施针灸治疗可以改善高血压患者的内皮机能障碍，并且可以诱导源于内皮的氧化一氮的合成和活化。Objectives Hypertension is a cardiovascular risk factor commonly associated with endothelial dysfunction and increased renal vascular resistance. Acupuncture may beneficially affect these parameters via activation of endothelial nitric oxide （eNO） which modulates vascular tone, inhibits smooth muscle proliferation and platelet activation.This study was conducted to assess the effect of acupuncture applied at ST36 point on blood pressure and endothelial dependent vasodilation in hypertensive patients.Methods 24 hypertensive patients were recruited and randomized to a study group （12 subjects） and a control group （12 subjects）. We measured FMD Flow-mediated dilation） in （Endothelial-dependant, both groups. An acupuncture needle was inserted at ST36 for each subject in the study group. In the control group, they had sham acupuncture. FMD was measured again ＇after 10-min acupuncture/sham acupuncture treatment. Blood pressure was also measured before and after acupuncture treatment in both groups.ReSUitS FMD was increased significantly in the study group after acupuncture （9.5 ± 2.0% to 11.1± 2.2%）, trot not in the control group. In both groups, there were no changes in blood pressure and heart rate observed. Conclusions Acupuncture at ST36 proved to improve endothelial dysfunction in hypertensive patients in this research and this might result from inducing synthesis and activation of endothelium-derived nitric oxide.
