摘  要:目的研究慢性乙肝病人心理健康现状和干预效果,为乙肝健康教育提供依据。方法以广州中医药大学一附院肝炎门诊140例慢性乙肝病人为观察组,体检中心30例健康人群为对照组。观察组以心理干预为重点进行健康教育。对照组仅发给同样内容的健康教育阅读材料和电子资料。比较两组间慢性乙肝知识、行为和心理健康状况的改善情况。结果干预前两组间有关调查项目差异无显著性。干预后观察组心理健康状况改善显著(P<0.05),对疾病的应对方式更加积极,用药和治疗依从性增加;病人掌握慢性乙肝健康相关知识更佳,不良行为习惯得到纠正。结论以心理干预为重点进行健康教育可改善病人的心理健康状况,提高病人的卫生知识和行为水平。Objective To understand the mental health status of the patients with chronic hepatitis B, and to observe the effects of psychological interventions. Methods Among the 140 chronic HBV patients of the out - patient clinic of hepatitis in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, choose 70 patients as observation group, the other as control group. Scale and Symptom Check List - 90 ( SCL - 90 ) and other questionnaire were used to investigate patients' mantel health, health knowledge and behavior. During 10 months' treatment process, mantel intervention was most emphasized during the whole health education. Congregation education and individual psycho - guidance was only used among observation group. At meantime, everyone got a material specially designed for these patients. A comparison of health improvement was performed between two groups in the end. Results No significant deviation was seen between two groups before the intervention. After that, the mantel state, health knowledge and behavior of the observation group were better than those of control group. The patients coped with the disease in more positive attitude, their treatment dependence was much better than before. Conclusion The health education was effective for the improvement of the mental health as well as the health knowledge and behaviors of the chronic HBV patients.
