激光拼焊板方盒件及其板料优化设计分析

摘  要:成形性能的提高对拼焊板车身覆盖件以及结构件冲压成形有重要意义。通过对激光拼焊板方盒件及其板料对成形过程的影响研究,并采用基于板料厚度比、坯料形状和尺寸等板料参数正交设计的成形优化方法,提高激光拼焊板方盒件冲压成形性能。研究和冲压试验表明:当厚度比较小时,破裂出现在薄侧圆角处,而厚度比较大时,破裂出现在薄侧焊缝处;方形坯料拼焊板的成形性能明显低于圆形坯料形状的拼焊板;板料正交设计方法对拼焊板方盒件冲压成形优化是有效可行的。The improvement of formability has important significance to the stamping of auto-body panel and structural parts with laser welded tailor blank. The optimization of forming based on orthogonal design of the thickness ratio of sheet, the shape and size was used to improve the stamping formability of square cup with laser tailored blank during the research of stamping process . The study and experiment show that the rupture appears around the fillet of thin side when thickness ratio is small but appears around the weld seam of thin side when big, and the formability of round laser tailored blank is much better than the square. Orthogonal design method is effective and feasible to the optimization of the stamping of square cup with laser tailored blank.
