摘　　要：2000年,巴塞罗那政府通过MMPG计划,将波里诺地区200公顷旧工业用地改造成为多功能融合的创新经济区,吸引@活动的进驻,同时维持城市扩展区的网格状肌理,实现了城市发展重心的东移。The Barcelona City Council approved the Modification of the General Metropolitan Plan （MMPG） for the renovation of the Poble- nou district in 2000. With the grid pattern of Barcelona Eixample kept, the plan transformed 200 hectares of industrial land into a multi-functional and innovative economic district to attracted the @ activities, and transferred the focus of urban development to the east.
