摘　　要：由广州白云国际会议中心的前期规划研究及方案竞赛延伸思考,从建设选址、功能布局以及系统设计等角度出发,对大型公共建筑群体的绿色生态布局进行了探讨,总结了基于公共建筑群体绿色生态布局的规划策略和设计处理手法——对地域发展起到契合和促进作用;保护、延续与塑造地域环境与文化;利于系统组织、运营的便捷与高效等。From the perspective of project site selection,function layout and system design,this thesis discusses the ecological distribution of large public buildings on the bases of thoughts on the competition project of Guangzhou Baiyun international conference centre.It holds that planning strategies and design techniques applied to large public buildings should include the following aspects：agreeing with and promoting the development of this area;protecting、continuing and molding the environment and culture;facilitating the convenience and efficiency of system organization and operation.
