摘　　要：目的评估后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顸减压术治疗常染色体显性遗传多囊肾（ADPKD）的临床价值。方法采用后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗成人多囊肾患者¨例。结果11例手术均获成功。手术时间为（3．33±0．68）h，术中出血为（110±34）mL，平均术后住院时间为5d；1例发生尿外渗，所有患者疼痛症状明显缓解，高血压得到不同程度的控制，肾功能改善。11例患者术后随访3～41个月，平均26个月，未发现囊肿复发。结论后腹腔镜双侧囊肿去顶减压术，是一种微创且安全有效的多囊肾治疗方法，值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decortication in the patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease（ADPKD）. Methods Eleven patients with ADPKD were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decortication. Results All the operations were successfully performed. The mean operating time was（3.33± 0.68） h, while the mean estimated blood loss was（ 110±34）mL. The average hospital stay after operation was 5d, there was one case with urine exosmosis. The symptoms,blood pressure as well as renal function were improved in all cases. All of the cases had a fol- lowed up for 3--41 months（average 26 months）,no cases of recurrence were found. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decortication is an effective minimally invasive treatment for ADPKD,and is worthy to be recommended.
