摘  要:合成了新试剂二安替比林邻乙氧基苯基甲烷(DAoEM),研究了它和V(Ⅴ)的显色反应。在H3PO4介质中,Mn(Ⅱ)和吐温20协同作用下,DAoEM和V(Ⅴ)生成橙色产物,λmax=480nm,ε=1.4×106L·mol-1·cm-1,V(Ⅴ)质量浓度在4~60μg/L符合比尔定律。用于钢样和中草药中V(Ⅴ)的测定,结果与原子吸收法结果一致,5次测定结果的RSD在1.8%~3.1%。In this work, diantipyryl ( o ethoxy) phenylmethane(DA o EM) was synthesized and the colour reaction of DA o EM with V(Ⅴ) was studied. In the presence of Mn(Ⅱ) and Tween 20, DA o EM reacts with V(Ⅴ) to form a orange product in phosporic acid medium. The maximum absorbance of the product is at 480 nm with molar absorptivity of 1.4×10 6 L?mol -1 ?cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 4.0?60 μg/L with good stability. The method has been applied to the determination of trace V(Ⅴ) in steel and Chinese herbs. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry with precision of 1.8%?3.1% RSD( n =5).
