摘  要:论述了改性β与ZSM-5沸石催化剂上氯乙酸与甲醇的酯化反应。Hβ-Al2O3-1、Hβ-Al2O3-2和HZSM-5-38-Al2O3-2是这一反应有效的催化剂。用BET法测定了各种催化剂对乙酸的饱和吸附量,发现氯乙酸的转化率与沸石的孔大小及沸石对乙酸的饱和吸附量密切相关。用NH3-TPD法研究了Hβ-Al2O3-2和HZSM-5-38-Al2O3-2在不同焙烧温度下的表面酸性。结果表明,它们的最佳焙烧温度分别为500和550℃。当反应温度为110~120℃、甲醇对氯乙酸的摩尔比为51、液时空速为6h-1时,氯乙酸的转化率在99%以上。In this paper the catalytic esterification of chloroacetic acid with methanol over various modified zeolite β and ZSM5 catalysts in a flow reactor was described.HβAl2O31,Hβ Al2O32 and HZSM538Al2O32 are effective catalysts for the esterification.The saturation adsorption capacity of the various catalysts for acetic acid was determined with BET method.It has been found that the conversion of chloroacetic acid was in close relation to the dimension of the aperture of zeolite and the saturation adsorption capacity of the catalysts for acetic acid.The obvious autocatalysis of chloroacetic acid has been observed owing to stronger acidity of chloroacetic acid.The surface acidity of HZSM538Al2O32 and HβAl2O32 calcined at various temperature was studied with the method of NH3TPD.The relationship between the surface acidity and the catalytic activity was discussed.The optimum calcination temperatures of HZSM538Al2O32 and HβAl2O32 were about 550℃ and 500℃,respectively.When the reaction temperature is in the range of 110~120℃,the molar ratio of methanol/chloroacetic acid is 5∶1,and LHSV is 6h-1,the conversion of chloroacetic acid is above 99% over HZSM538Al2O32.
