摘 要:针对辽河油田双南等地区沙河街组地层井壁不稳定问题,优选和研制了一种新型的硬脆性泥页岩井壁稳定剂──JHS,并优选出两种较好的防塌钻井液体系。经5口井的现场试验证明,试验井较对比井平均钻井周期缩短58.4d,平均井径扩大率降低16%,电测一次成功率提高22个百分点,具有很好的推广应用前景。Aiming at the problem of unstable borehole wall in Shuangnan areas, a new type of borehole wall stabilizer-JHS was optimized and developed, and two fairly good anti - sloughing drilling fluid systems were optimized as well. The field testing of 5 wells showed that the average. drilling cycle is 58. 4d less than that of comparison well. The average enlargement rate of hole diameter was reduced by 16% and the primary success rate of electric logging was increased by 22%. The drilling fluid system has a better future for popularization and application.
