摘　　要：研究了Uster AFIS单纤维测试系统棉结数量稳定的测试次数问题.对8次实验313个不同工艺实验方案中生条的棉结和带籽屑棉结数量的测试结果的CV%值进行了统计分析,根据有关检测结果估算了不同水平条件下棉结和带籽屑棉结数量检测的稳定次数.认为用AFIS检测棉结数量采用10次,其结果的波动性较大;检测带籽屑棉结数量采用10次是相当不可靠的.原料和加工条件对棉结检测结果也有影响.AFIS棉结检测结果不可靠的原因在于其所取样品量太小,建议UsterAFIS增加检验样品量和检测的次数.The reliable test time of nep number tested by Uter AFIS was studied. The CV% value of test results of nep and seed coat nep （SCN） number in card sliver of 8 experiments with totally 313 different experiment plans were analyzed statistically. Reliable test times of nep and SCN number under different conditions were estimated according to the related test results. The following conclusions were drawn： when tested by AFLS for ten times, nep number results have higher fluctuation and the SCN number is rather unreliable; materials and processing conditions also have effect on neps testing resuits; the reason for this is that an amount of sample is too small, so increasing test samples or test times were suggested.
