摘  要:研究了环锭纺纱假捻牵伸方法的工艺参数与纱线条干、断裂强度、断裂伸长和毛羽指数4个主要质量指标之间的关系,并对其进行了优化.采用部分因子实验设计对捻系数、后区牵伸倍数、后区隔距、假捻器转速等4个参数进行了分析,筛选出捻系数和假捻器转速为影响纱线质量的主要因素,并通过最速上升实验逼近最大响应区域,进而应用中心复合设计和响应面分析确定出捻系数和假捻器转速的最佳设置.实验结果表明,纱线的主要质量指标与优化拟合模型预测值较符合,模型拟合良好.Systematical experiments were conducted to study the spinning parameters of the false twist drafting method for cotton ring spinning frame. Fractional factorial design (FFD) was employed in the screening experiment to evaluate the effects of four spinning parameters, viz. twist factor, breaking draft ratio, gauge of breaking draft zone and rotational speed of the false twist tube. Regression analysis results shows that the twist factor and rotational speed of the false twist tube are the most significant factors affecting the yarn evenness, breaking strength, breaking elongation and hairiness index. Then the steepest ascent experiment was used to approach the optimal responses area. Finally the central composite design (CCD) and response surface methodology (RSM) were used to determine the optimal values of twist factor and rotational speed of the false twist tube. The validation experiment shows that the percentage error between predicted value by the model and the experimental value of four kinds of yarn properties were relatively small, confirmed that the mathematical models have satisfactory accuracy.
