摘　　要：目的:总结应用小切口行开放式无张力腹股沟疝修补术的经验。方法:对本院微创外科62例患者在连续硬膜外麻醉下,开放行小切口无张力腹股沟疝修补术行回顾分析,其补片放置腹膜前的方法。结果:62例病人手术均获成功,术后恢复好,无切口感染、阴囊血肿、慢性疼痛等并发症,随访12～24个月,随访率为100%,无复发。结论:小切口开放式无张力疝修补术可达到微创效果、手术时间短、术后恢复快、术后并发症少、价格便宜等优点。Objective：To improve the operation of open tension-free inguinal hernia repair with small incision. Methods：62 patients were operated with open tension-free inguinal hernia repair in continuous epidural anesthesia,the patch be put before peritoneum. Results ： All the patients were cured, no complications and no recurrence with 12 - 24 months followed up. Conclusions： The operation of small incision tension-free inguinal hernia repair has the virtue of minimally invasion, little operating time, small complication and less expense.
