摘　　要：本文对高职院校图书馆工作人员的现状和存在的问题进行了分析，探讨了人力资源管理在高职图书馆管理中的重要性，并提出了解决存在问题的对策及建设性意见。This paper analysis the status quo and problems about the library staff in vocational colleges, and discuss the importance of the human resources management in the llibrary management, put forward the countermeasure and coutruetive comments to solve the problems.
