核转录因子与β-连环蛋白在肝癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:观察NF-κBp65和β-cat在正常肝组织、肝硬化和肝癌组织中的表达,探讨它们的表达与肝癌发生、发展的关系。方法:采用SABC法对41例肝癌,30例肝硬化,18例正常肝组织进行染色;应用SPSS13.0统计软件包对所得数据进行分析。结果:NF-κB、β-cat在肝癌中的表达率明显高于肝硬化和正常肝组织,与患者年龄、性别无关;与肝癌的临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移、血中AFP水平有关。结论:NF-κB、β-cat在肝癌的发生、发展中有一定作用,对肝癌的转移、复发及预后判断有意义。Objective：To investigate the relation between the expression of NF- κBp65,β -cat and the development of liver cancer. Methods：SABC method was used to examine the specimens from 41 examples liver cancer, 30 examples hepatocirrhosis tissues and 18 examples normal liver tissues for the expression of NF - κBp65 and β - cat. Results： The expression rates of NF - κB, β - cat, were higher obviously in liver cancer than in hepatocirrhosis, normal liver organization ; their expressions were correlated with the patient＇s age, sex; but no relation with the clinical stage, pathology graduation, lymph node status, AFP level. Conclusion： NF - κB, β - cat have certain role in the development,invasion, metastasis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
