摘　　要：目的探讨胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折的治疗方法与疗效。方法对36例胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折患者,在彻底清创的基础上,应用Ao外固定架治疗,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果36例胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折患者经Ao外固定架治疗后,35例骨愈合,达97.22%,1例骨不愈合,占2.78%,无一例发生深部感染;32例功能恢复理想,达88.89%,4例出现不同程度跛行,占11.11%。结论对胫腓骨开放性粉碎性骨折应用Ao外固定架治疗,骨愈率高,功能恢复理想,疗效满意,可在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the treantment of Fracture, Compound, Comminuted in Tibiofibula and its cura- tive effect. Methods On the base of completely debridement, Ao external fixators were applied to 36 cases of Fracture, Compound, Comminuted in Tibiofihula,and their curative effects were evaluated. Results After treated with Ao external fixator, among these 36 cases of Fracture, Compound, Comminuted in Tibiofibula, 35 cases were healed （97.22%）, on- ly 1 case was not （2 . 78~.~~）, and none of these cases had deep infections; 32 case had satisfying functional recovery （88. 89%）, 4 cases were limped with different levels （11.11%）. Conclusions The application of Ao external fixator in the treatment of Fracture, Compound, Comminuted in Tibiofibula could help to achieve a good curative effect with satisfying functional recovery, thus it should be spreadly applied in clinic.
