摘  要:目的:观察高寒环境下杂种犬肢体爆炸伤早期机体代谢变化特点和规律,为战伤早期救治提供依据。方法:建立高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤模型,12只杂种犬雷管炸伤肢体后,于12、24、36 h采血标本测定血清乳酸、血糖、CK、LDH和ALP浓度,并与伤前比较。结果:高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后,乳酸、血糖,血清CK、LDH、ALP均升高;其中乳酸、血糖在创伤后12 h内达到高峰,并维持在较高水平。结论:高寒环境杂种犬肢体爆炸伤后早期代谢明显改变,血糖、乳酸代谢障碍尤为显著。其代谢改变的特点为早期救治和预后判断提供理论依据。Objective: To observe the early -cold environment and provide evidences for metabolic changes of dogs with explosion injury in limbs in the high the early treatment of war wound. Methods: The animal model of dogs with exploded limbs was established. Blood samples of 12 dogs were collected at 6, 12, 24 hours after explosion injury. The serum lactate, glucose, creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were determined and the data were compared with those before injury. Results: Among dogs with exploded limbs, the levels of serum lactate, glucose, CK, LDH and ALP were increased. The levels of serum lactate and glucose reached the peak at 12 hours after injury and remained at a higher level. Conclusion: The obvious metabolic changes of dogs occurred at early stage after explosion injury in limbs in the high - cold environment, especially for serum lactate and glucose, which will provide a theoretical basis for the treatment and prognosis of war wound.
