摘　　要：ＰＤＣ钻头的构模特征是：上体和钢心为轴对称，泥浆流道、安装ＰＤＣ齿的齿床部分以及喷嘴等结构为回转周期对称。利用这些构模特征对ＰＤＣ钻头进行网格划分，采用不同的颜色和组分别对不同材料、不同部分进行处理，利用拷贝、旋转和连接等技巧，形成ＰＤＣ钻头空间三维８～２１节点有限单元模型、载荷模型和边界条件模型。应用该有限元分析网格的生成方法、技巧及前处理方法。Features of modeling a PDC bit are the axial symmetry of the upper body of the bit and its steel core,and the rotary periodical symmetry of the mud passage,body for installing PDC teeth and spray head.By using the features,FEM mesh for the bit is divided and the data are preprocessed.A FEM model of 8-21 nodes is constructed by means of using different colours and groups in various materials and sections,copying,rotating and joining techniques in conjunction with constructing a load model and a model of boundary conditions.
