摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板对老年转子间粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法应用股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折32例,进行术中观察及术后随访。结果手术操作简单、损伤小、固定可靠,31例术后经4～16个月随访,骨折全部愈合,无并发症,功能评分:优21例,良8例,优良率达93.9%。结论股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗老年股骨转子间粉碎性骨折效果良好,具有操作简单、损伤小、固定牢靠、并发症少等优点。Objective to investigate the curative effect for treatment ofcomminuted intertrochanteric fracture with anatomical proximal femoral lock plate in the elderly. Methods 32 cases of age 61-89 years（averaged 72.3 years old） with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with anatomical proximal femoral lock plate, and followed up for 4-16 months after operation. Results This operation is easy to handle, with the advantage of minimal invasion and stable fixation, all cases were followed up for 4~16 months, all fractures healed without complications, function evaluation： 21eases excellent, 8 cases good, fine ratio 93.9%. Conclusion the treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric fracture with anatomical proximal femoral lock plate in the elderly was good with the advantage of easy to operate, minimal invasion, stable fixation, and less complications.
