摘　　要：目的调查分析本院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)抗肿瘤药的使用情况。方法对本院2007年1月至12月PIVAS配置的抗肿瘤静脉输液医嘱共2 529份进行统计和分析。结果抗肿瘤药医嘱的审核和配制需关注载体选择、用量、给药剂量、给药时间、给药顺序、滴注速度等方面的问题。结论PIVAS先进的静脉配液技术和药师的审核作用,促进抗肿瘤药的合理应用。Objective To investigate the application of antitumor drugs of pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） in the third affiliated hospital of Guangzhou Medical College. Methods A total of 2 529 prescriptions of antitumor drugs from PIVAS were analyzed from January to December in 2007. Results It should be paid more attention to some issues during the check of antitumor prescription and mixture of antitumor drugs, including the selection and volume of carrier, the dosage, timing and sequence of medication, and the speed of infusion. Conclusion The advanced technique of PIVAS and checking of pharmacists＇ can promote the rational application of antitumor drugs.
