摘　　要：目的为老年人健康教育和安全合理用药提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对东莞地区944名社区非住院老年人群用药情况进行横断面调查。结果东莞地区老年人患病率高,用药品种多,老年人药物认知度低。结论健康用药教育是提高老年人安全合理用药的有效方法。Objective To provide references for the health education and the safe and reasonable application of drugs in the elderly. Methods The drug usage in 944 cases of non - hospitalized elderly in community from Dongguan was investigatedby questionnaire survey. Results There was a high morbidity rate among the elderly from Dongguan, and there were many species in drugs that they used. They have a low degree of recognition of drugs. Conclusion Health education is an effective way to improve the safe and rational drug usage in the elderly.
