摘　　要：投球机是常温油气集输管道的配套清蜡装置，在自动输球过程中，按照预定的时间要求，拨轮向管道中投球。通过有效设计拨轮的尺寸，利用蜗轮蜗杆的自锁特性，将棘轮机构与行程开关联为一体，达到自动输球控制的目的。Abstract The throwing ball machine is a corollary device to clear wax on collecting and conveying pipeline of gas and oil under normal temperature.During the automatic course,balls are thrown into the pipeline by poked wheels according to the predetermining time.This control effect can be got by designing the size of pokedwheel,using the self locking character of worm wheel and worm pole and connecting the pawl mechanism with overtravel limit switch.
