浅谈民办高校实验室建设与管理

摘　　要：社会对高素质人才的需求,对高校实验室的建设与管理提出了更高的要求,民办高校也不例外。如何改进和完善实验室的建设与管理,使实验室在教育教学中发挥其最大作用为教学服务,是当前实验室建设与管理者所面临的主要问题。本文结合我校实验室建设与管理的实际,从实验室仪器的购置管理,实验室管理人员的管理和实验室的安全管理的角度对此做一探讨。Social needs to the high quality of laborers put forward the higher request to the management of the high school laboratory. How to improve with the management of the perfect laboratory,make the laboratory develop its biggest function in educate teaching,is a basic problem for facing of the laboratory governor . Connectiing with the practice of my school laboratory management,the article talk the viewpoint from the angle of the purchases of laboratory instrument,the management of mansger and the safety magement .
