摘　　要：建立了苯菲尔节能型工艺过程的数学模型,编制了过程模拟软件。对该工艺设计工况进行了操作型模拟计算,在计算结果与设计值符合较好的情况下对工艺过程进行了模拟计算与分析。A mathematical model for energy saving Benfield process and corresponding software are set forth. Operational simulation to this process is performed. Based on the well coincidence between the operational simulation results and the design values, Simulation and analysis to the process is performed. In addition an estimation is given out for the use of sterically hindered amine as an active agent instead of DGA,
