摘  要:以某平头塔式起重机为研究对象,对其进行结构有限元分析,分别采用杆单元和梁单元构建模型,对比分析两种方案的优劣,得出塔机腹杆宜选用杆单元、弦杆选用梁单元建模的结论。依此方案建立塔式起重机有限元模型并进行应力分析,利用ANSYS的列表功能将应力数据提取后,导入EXCEL软件对塔机杆件的稳定性进行自动计算,使计算效率得到提高,为进一步完善塔式起重机有限元分析的理论提供参考。Taking a flat-head tower crane as research objective, finite element analysis is conducted on its structure. Rod units and beam units are adopted separately to construct the models and advantages and shortcomings of the two ways are analyzed and compared. The conclusion obtained shows that rod units are suitable to web members of a tower crane while beam units are suitable to chord members. With the scheme, finite element model of tower crane is set up and stress analysis is conducted. The stress data are extracted with listing function in ANSYS and then imported into EXCEL software to automatically calculate the stability of rod components of tower crane, which increases the calculation efficiency and provides reference for further perfecting the finite element analysis theory of tower crane.
