摘 要:本文对Al2O3陶瓷的强度实验结果进行了进一步分析,分析结果表明:陶瓷的弯曲切口强度和弯曲断裂强度的实验结果同时服从正态分布、对数正态分布和两参数Weibull分布.进而根据脆性材料切口强度表达式和概率论一般原理,求得了切口强度和弯曲强度统计特征参量间的相互关系表达式,并进行了验证.Procedures were developed to predict the probability distribution of notch strength of ceramics from the fie-cural strength of ceramics based on our recent research[1]. It is shown that thenotch strength of ceramics follows the normal distribution, the log-normal distribution and Weibulldistribution, and all of the above distributions can be predicted. The predicted results of threeprobability distributions of notCh strength of ceramics mentioned above are in good agreementwith test results. The possibility of predicting the probability distribution of notch strength of ceramics is of practical importance in the design and the reliability assessment of ceramic structureelements.
