摘 要:本实验以复合显微组织设计和复合强韧化设计为基础利用自制超细粉末制备Al_2O_3和ZTA陶瓷。其中18ZTA达到α_(bb)=466MPa,ρ=4.24g/cm^3,HRA92,ρ′=92.2%;Al_2O_3达到ρ′=98·5%,半透明,浅兰色;最高致密度为10ZTA,ρ′=99.2%。本文还研究了ZrO_2对ZTA强度、弹性模量、硬度和密度的影响;添加剂MgO对Al_2O_3和ZTA性能的作用。Based on the design of compound microstructure and complex strengthened toughness,Al2O3 and ZTA ceramics were prepared using self-made ultrafine powders. The 18 ZTA has the following properties:σbb = 466MPa,ρ= 4. 24g/cm3,HRA92,ρ' =92. 2%. The relative density of A12O3 could be up to 98. 5%,The Al2O3 sample is translucent and light blue. The 10ZTA has the highest relative density,which could be up to 99. 2%(ρ' = 99. 2%). The effect of ZrO2 content on the strength,elastic modulus,hardness and density of ZTA was studied in this paper. The effet of the additives of MgO on the properties of A12O3 and ZTA ceramics was also explored.
