摘　　要：自高炉喷涂技术被成功应用之后,高炉炉缸安全与否就成为决定高炉寿命长短的最主要因素,但对于检验炉缸安全程度的标准基本上都是延续20世纪约60年代的数据,随着高炉炉底、炉缸材料的大幅度创新、进步,特别是近几年优质陶瓷杯、优质碳砖的大量使用,原定的炉缸安全标准是否应该做出相应的调整,就此进行简要分析。Since the blast furnace technology has been successfully applied spray, the blast furnace is safe or not has become the most important factor to decide the length of life of a blast furnace, but for testing the safety of hearth standards are basically the continuation of data of the 60＇s of the last century, along with large scale innovation and progress of blast-furnace bottom and stove-top jug materials, specially in recent years high quality ceramic porcelain cup, high quality carbon brick massive have been used, here author carried on the summary analysis on whether original stove-top jug standard of security should make the corresponding adjustment.
