云南多星韭不同群体的细胞核型研究

摘　　要：试验观察分析了云南4个地区的6个多星韭群体的染色体数及核型。细胞有丝分裂中期染色体核型分别为:昆明梁王山,2n=2x=14=6m(2SAT)+8sm和2n=4x=28=12m(2SAT)+16sm;宾川鸡足山,2n=2x=14=10m(2SAT)+4sm和2n=4x=28=18m(2SAT)+10sm;宝山道人山,2n=2x=14=2m(2SAT)+12sm;迪庆香格里拉,2n=2x=14=6m(2SAT)+8sm。其中宝山道人山和迪庆香格里拉的多星韭核型为首次报道。The chromosome number and karyotypes were carried out on the six populations of AUium wallichii Kunth in four areas of Yunnan. The number and karyotypes of metaphase chromosomes were formulated to be 2n=2x= 14= 6m （2SAT） ＋8sm and 2n= 4x= 28 = 12m（2SAT ） ＋ 16sm in Liangwang Mountain in Kunming; 2n= 2x= 14 = 10m（2SAT ） ＋ 4sm and 2n=4x=28= 18m（2SAT ） ＋10sm in Jizu Mountain in Binchuan; 2n=2x= 14 = 2m（2SAT ） ＋ 12sm in Daoren Mountain in Baoshan; 2n= 2 x= 14 = 6m（2SAT ） ＋ 8sm in Xianggelila in Diqing. Karyotypes of Allium wallichii Kunth in Daoren Mountain and Xianggelila were reported for the first time.
