摘  要:以茭白的单季茭品种‘蒋墅茭’和双季茭品种‘葑红早’为试材,土壤栽培下,对Cd2+、Pb2+的单一及复合胁迫进行有机肥和无机肥处理,测定了茭白生长过程中部分生理生化指标和产量的变化。结果表明:不同肥料处理间以有机肥处理下茭白植株受Cd2+、Pb2+胁迫伤害的程度少于无机肥处理;复合胁迫下茭白受重金属离子的胁迫伤害大于单一胁迫,表现为可溶性蛋白含量和最终产量低于单一胁迫处理,脯氨酸含量等其他指标则高于单一胁迫;茭白的不同部位间相比,则以叶片中的可溶性蛋白含量低于根,其余生理生化指标则明显高于根。品种间各指标存在一定差异。Change of the physiological and biochemical indexes in leaves and roots and yield of Zizania latifolia were studied on single-harvested eultivar Jiangshu and double-harvested cultivar Fenghongzao which cultured in soil with Cd^2+ 100 mg/L, Pb^2+ 1 000 mg/L and their combined stress. The results showed that, it was less harm when treated with organic fertilizer than with inorganic fertilizer. Content of soluble protein and yield were lower when treated with combined stress, but the content of proline and the other indexes were higher. Compared with the different parts of Zizania latifolia, it was showed that, content of soluble protein in leaves lower than roots, but the other indexes were higher. There was some difference among cultivars.
