二甲基亚砜对体外大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察二甲基亚砜（DMSO）对体外大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩的影响，探讨其作为脂溶性中药成分助溶剂的可行浓度范围。[方法]制备SD大鼠结肠平滑肌肌条，以9g／L NaCl空白对照（NS）组和乙酰胆碱对照（Ach）组，分别观察不同浓度DMSO对肌条自发收缩以及对Ach引起的肌条收缩的影响。[结果]DMSO在0．2%～1．4%浓度范围，对肌条自发收缩振幅和面积的影响与NS组比较均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。与Ach组比较，在0．2％～1．8％浓度范围，DMSO对Ach引起的肌条收缩振幅和面积的影响均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。[结论]DMSO在浓度≤1．4％时对体外大鼠结肠平滑肌的收缩无明显影响，作为脂溶性中药的助溶剂有运用价值。[Objective]To observe the effect of Dimethyl Sulfoxide （DMSO） on the contraction of colonic smooth muscle strips of rats in vitro and probe the concentration range without significant influence on the activity of colonic smooth muscle strips of SD rats as a solvent. [Methods] Colonic smooth muscle strips of SD rats were prepared and 9 g/L NaCl （NS） was used as control group. The effects of DMSO on the spontaneous contraction and the Ach-induced contraction of muscle strips were observed. [Results]Compared with NS group, within 0.2 %-1.4% , the effect of DMSO on the amplitude and area of the spontaneous contraction of colonic smooth muscle strips of rats had no significant difference. The effect of DMSO on the amplitude and area of the Ach-induced contraction had no significant difference within 0. 2 %---1.8% concentration range. [Conclusion]The result suggests that the concentration of DMSO below 1. 4% has no effect on the activity of colonic smooth muscle. DMSO can be used as a powerful solvent on dissolving many organic compounds in Chinese medicine.
