摘　　要：中国大陆离岸金融市场的全面建设具有必要性。在离岸金融市场选择策略上,我国未来的离岸金融中心建设,应以上海为中心,以深圳和天津为辅助,并让三城市的离岸金融相互联系、相互补充,带动长三角、珠三角、环渤海地区乃至整个中国经济的加速发展,形成"三点一线"的离岸金融市场格局。The full development of offshore finance market in Chinese Mainland is nessceary. About the Stratagy on the pattern of offshore finance market, the future construction of offshore finance centre shuld concentrate on construction in Shanghai. and make the construction in Shenzhen and Tianjin as complements. Furthermore, the three offshore finance market shoule relate with each other and help each other, and promote the ecomonic development in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, the bohai rim and even the whole China. Such a pattern of offshore finance market called Three Points on One Line will be formatted.
