摘  要:热镀锌用大直径工艺辊表面涂层易被锌渣压溃,从而划伤带钢表面。由于尺寸原因,目前国内无法对其表面进行淬火。采用表面堆焊硬质材料后再喷涂制备复合涂层可解决这一问题。确定了堆焊材料和焊接工艺,并进行了大直径工艺辊的实物制作,分析了制作过程中存在的问题,指出了今后技术改进的方向。Composite coating, as a substitution of traditional induction hardening on the surface of medium carbon steel, was prepared onthe surface of the low carbon steel process roll with a big-diameter on the production line for hot-dip galvanizing by making use of overlay welding and spraying of hardalloy materials. The materials for overlay welding were selected and the process was established. And a big-diameter process roll was successfully manufactured. Moreover, the problems existing along with the fabrication of real-size big-diameter process roll were discussed, and suggestions weremade concerning the technological improvement in the future.
