摘  要:在修正现有丙烯氨氧化反应网络的基础上,采用一维扩散模型对丙烯氨氧化合成丙烯腈循环流化床提升管反应器进行了模拟计算,得到了反应产物轴向浓度分布和操作条件对丙烯腈收率的影响,考察了返混对丙烯腈收率的影响和循环流化床作为丙烯腈合成反应器的效果。 circulating fluidized bed reactor model for synthesizing acrylonitrile is propossedA modified reaction kinetics network has been given with the kinetic parameters for two different catalysts(type A,type B) obtained by fitting the data acquired from commercial fluidized bedThe simulation results show that the axial gas dispersion has strong influence on the yield of acrylonitrileComparison between CFB reactor and turbulent fluidized bed reactor shows that the yield can increase by 10%~11% for type A catalyst and 8%~9% for type B catalystThis great increase in yield is largely due to the reduction of axial gas dispersion in CFBAs the reaction rate is relatively slow,the average solids density has strong influence on the conversion
