摘 要:为研究不同有机肥与专用肥配施情况下烟叶理化性质的变化规律,采用田间试验,对比鸡粪、菜籽饼肥、牛栏粪肥与专用肥配施对烟叶生长的农艺性状、常规化学成分和香气物质含量的影响。结果表明,增施有机肥不同程度地改善了烟叶化学成分之间的协调性,提高了烟叶的香气质量。增施的有机肥种类不同,其效果也有所不同,专用肥配施牛栏粪的处理烟叶的产量较高,菜籽饼肥可在一定程度上提高烟叶多酚和类胡萝卜素的含量。To research the variation rules of physicochemical properties of tobacco leaves under the combined application of different organic manures and special fertilizer, the field experiments were conducted to contrast the application effects of chicken manure, rapeseed fertilizer and cow manure combined with special fertilizer on the agronomic characters, routine chemical constituents and the content of aroma matters of tobacco leaves. The results showed that by applying organic fertilizers, the coordination between the chemical constituents of tobacco leaves was improved in different degree, and the aroma quality of tobacco was also enhanced. Applying different organic fertilizers have different effects, for instance, the yield Of tobacco leaves with the treatment of special fertilizer combined with cow manure will higher than the other treatments; rapeseed fertilizer could enhance the content of tobacco polyphenol and carotenoid in a certain extent.
