摘  要:为了探明铅胁迫对水稻中铅和矿质元素含量的影响,以湘早籼24和八两优100为材料,通过盆栽试验,采用ICP法研究了不同浓度铅处理下水稻根、叶和籽粒中铅、钾、钙、镁含量。结果表明,水稻根、叶和籽粒中铅含量与铅处理浓度呈显著正相关,水稻体内铅含量顺序为根>叶>籽粒。水稻根、叶和籽粒中钾、钙、镁含量与铅处理浓度均呈负相关。可见铅污染能被水稻根系吸收富集,并能在水稻植株内移动,还能影响水稻对矿质元素的吸收。In order to investigate the effects of lead stress on the content of lead and mineral element in rice, the contents of Pb, K, Ca, Mg in roots, leaves and seeds of rice under different concentrations of lead treatment were studied by ICP through the pot experiment. Xiangzaoxian24 and Baliangyoul00 were used as the experimental material. The results showed that the contents of Pb in roots, leaves and seeds of rice were correlated positively with concentration of lead treatment. The order of lead content was roots〉leaves〉seeds. The contents of K, Ca and Mg in roots, leaves and seeds of rice were correlated negatively with concentration of lead treatment. The conclusion is as follows: lead could be absorbed and enriched by rice roots; it could move within flee, and affected the absorption of mineral element by rice.
