益气汤中绿原酸和盐酸小檗碱的HPLC测定

摘　　要：建立了HPLC法同时测定益气汤中的绿原酸和盐酸小檗碱。采用C18色谱柱,以1%醋酸甲醇溶液-1%醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长345nm。绿原酸和盐酸小檗碱分别在4～64μg/ml和4～32μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率大于99%,日内、日间RSD均小于2%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of chlorogenic acid and berberine hydrochloride in Yiqi decoction. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 1% acetic acid methanol solution- 1% acetic acid by gradient dilution, at the detection wavelength of 345 nm. The calibration curves of chlorogenic acid and berberine hydrochloride were linear in the concentration ranges of 4 - 64 ug/ml and 4 - 32 ug/ml, respectively. The recoveries were over 99 %. The intra- and inter-day RSDs were less than 2.0 %.
